Bold BlackBerry 3.5 G, First in World's


Jakarta - Research In Motion (RIM) has finally landed a new BlackBerry in Indonesia. Bold - thus the name of the product - is the first BlackBerry to support tri-band network speed HSDPA (3.5 G) in the entire world.

Packed with jet black exterior and chrome plated cast frame, the back of this product until the screen is coated with leather.

Features a built-in GPS and the power of next-generation mobile processors up to 624 MHz are some of the most reliable capabilities of the BlackBerry Bold. The ability of these processors even make Bold smartphone is considered as the strongest in its class.

Like other BlackBerry smartphones, the Bold is also providing mobile messaging solutions for the users. Bold work on the BlackBerry Enterprise Server that is said to enable advanced security and IT administration in IBM Lotus Domino, Microsoft Exchange and Novell GroupsWise environment as well as BlackBerry Professional Software for small businesses.

While from the 'tools', from the written statement mentioned that this product has been equipped with 2 megapixel camera with digital zoom and video recording, media player and the display is claimed to have high resolution.

3.5G HSDPA capability on Bold also makes this product able to surf fast in cyberspace. Including to install a number of applications directly from the web.

BlacBerry Bold is expected to be available in the country from late September 2008. As for the price and service package will be announced separately by RIM's carrier partners.
